Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your agreement for any reason within three business days of signing and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

You may cancel at any time by written notice. Work performed and fees already earned before cancellation are non-refundable, and any scheduled future charges are stopped.

Fees are charged only after the corresponding work is completed. Buy-now-pay-later plans are serviced by third-party providers, and their payment schedules and fees are governed by their agreements with you.

Because course access is delivered immediately, credit school enrollments are non-refundable once the material has been accessed, except where required by law.
