Terms of Service

We review your credit reports, identify inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated items, and submit disputes on your behalf with the three major bureaus and applicable furnishers. Educational programs are informational only.

You agree to provide accurate information, forward all bureau and creditor mail promptly, keep accounts current, and refrain from adding new derogatory activity during the engagement. Withholding or misrepresenting information may delay or end services.

Fees are disclosed before enrollment and are charged only after the corresponding services have been performed, consistent with applicable law. Buy-now-pay-later options are provided by third parties under their own terms.

You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing. After that, you may cancel at any time in writing; you remain responsible for services already performed.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lending decisions, or actions taken by bureaus, creditors, or third parties.
